Change is what brings about development in our lives, Communities, Countries and the world at large. There are many changes I would like to see and most important in all is change in education since it is the key to success.

In education today, alot of negative things are on going. for example; inadequate funding where by learners drop out of schools due to failure to reach the school dues and acquire scolastic materials and Sanitary pads for the girls. This is mainly as a result of loss of parents, irresponsible parents and high costs of education.

In education today, teachers are low motivated which leads to production of a low motivated generation of learners. This is as a result of underpayments and late payments. In this same line, teachers are forced to abandon teaching for better paying bussinesses or carry out side hustles hence being less committed at work.

The use of technology without proper guidance is also ruining the young generation and promoting moral decay. This is because learners use phones to watch pornography instead of carrying out the necessary research.

These challenges in education has led to a generation of illiterate people, increased crime rate due to unemployment, increased poverty and under development of our lives, Communities and the country at large.

Am therefore looking forward to seeing a positive change in education for the good of my self and the country at large.

Schools must find a way of becoming affordable in such a way that even the poor learners are able to remain schools. The government schools must become completely free without development fees and lunch fees which may lead to failure of poor students.

In the same line, teachers must be cared for to keep them motivated for example, paying them in time and providing proper houses.

In addition to that, learners must be taught practical skills which are applicable in the world as one is still searching for the professional Job.

In conclusion, creating a good change in education requires all of us that is to say, the government, teachers, parents, and learners otherwise the key to success will seem to be rusty or not good enough to open doors in the modern world.
