Better Hospitals and Jobs for Uganda

In Uganda today there are few better social service centres in some rural areas e.g Hospitals, schools etc. The World Health organisation is trying to extend Hospitals near to People e.g Hospitals in the Village but still they are failing to Provide nearer where by drugs and machines used in the theater when they are opporating are not fully Provided.
Not only that but also electricity is needed in order to run machines in the hospital. These challanges are causing high death rates in the hospitals each and every day in our Country. Many sick people are dying due to lack of drugs in the hospital in some rural areas. Any way this will be not end in our Country, if we will not unity together and fight together for the Challanges facing Social Service Centres (more especially Hospitals). Therefore, the Change I want to see is that World Health organisation is fighting to get the solutions to those challanges. If there is corruptions then they have to teach people against corruption and Putting strict laws.
And not only that but also I want to see a change in Job oppurtunities where by very many youth in Uganda are suffering due to Job oppurtunities (lack of Job) in our Country. This is causing very Many Challanges Which is affecting the youth negatively. youth are abroad to get Jobs (where to work) but some of them they are not successful at all due to corruption. Other Countries And others are being destructed (killed) due to external wars between (Country to Country) and also some youth are suffering, lacking what to eat, where to sleep/stay which is causing their family members wondering about them which is not good to them.
Therefore, the change I want to see is that, the government of Uganda Should creat more Jobs for the youth such that they Stop abroading to other Countries this will cause our Country to develop.
