My name is Ghazal. I am in the fifth grade. I am 10 years old, and I live in Jordan.
The change I want to see in the world is a better understanding of doctors and medical treatment. Many people are afraid of doctors, hospitals, and especially needles. When some people hear that they need to visit a doctor, they immediately feel nervous or scared. Some people think that doctors only cause pain, but this is not true. Doctors are there to help us, protect our health, and make us feel better. I believe that we should change the way people think about doctors and medical care.
My dream for the future is a world where people are not so afraid of doctors or needles. I can imagine children going to the doctor without crying or feeling very worried. Instead of thinking about the pain of an injection, they will understand that it is a small moment that can help protect their health. I also hope that doctors will continue to make hospitals friendly and comfortable places for everyone.
In order for this dream to become real, we need more education and kindness. Parents and teachers can explain to children why doctors use needles and how medical treatment can help them. Doctors can also speak calmly with patients and explain what they are going to do before starting any treatment. This can help people feel safer and more comfortable.
We should also teach people that being afraid is normal, but fear should not stop us from taking care of our health. If doctors, parents, teachers, and patients work together, I believe we can change people's opinions. My dream is to help people see doctors as friends who are there to help, not people to fear. I hope that one day, visiting a doctor will be a normal and positive experience for everyone.
