Dear me in 2037,

Let me hope that you are fine.

I humbly write this letter to remind you that when you were still young, you had very many dreams which you promised to implement. For example, you promised to help people who are in need of help, for example orphans, poor and disabled people, where you talked of starting an organisation called “ONE PEOPLE” in order to help those people with most of their needs.

You also talked of becoming a journalist, mainly under sports, where you promised to travel up countries and outside countries to collect different information about how football players are moving on with their lives in the world of football. You also talked of starting up a journalism school in the capital city of Uganda (Kampala). Did you make it? If yes, let me hope you are enjoying staying with the learners who are in the course now.

I would also like to know whether you became an optician, where you said to help blind people so that they will be able to see and read your information which you talked of travelling up country and outside countries to collect sports information. Did you fulfil your dream? If yes, I wish you all the best in whatever you’re doing to help blind, short-sightedness and long-sightedness people.

I would like to inquire from you: Did you study Computer Science from the university, where you talked of starting up computer software which will help people, especially in their daily lives? For example, the machines in harvesting maize, rice and cotton with our human efforts. If you implemented that, I am so glad for your success.

I wish well in whatever you are doing. May God bless the work of your hands. Stay safe and live your dreams.

With hope and love,
