A Letter to My Future Self

Dear future Arthur,

I hope you are fine with your family. I wish you are a veterinary doctor and a farmer. I hope your work helps many people in the community. I think your work helps people’s animals to be healthy and provides food to our country, Uganda, and other countries.

I hope the idea of becoming a veterinary and a farmer at 10 years old. I think you love animals, future Arthur. I hope if you did not become a veterinary doctor you would have become a teacher and a farmer. I wish if you were a president of Uganda you have built good roads, schools and hospitals.

I think now you bought a very big land. I hope every month you sell some animals and crops and buy salt, sugar and clothes to give to the needy.

I think you get a lot of milk from the cows. I hope you grow crops and you planted trees in your compound. I hope you planted those trees to provide fruits, flowers and medicine. I think cows provide you skins, horns and cow dung.

Thank you being hardworking, future Arthur.

Your friend always,
Arthur Timothy
