Mi carta

Hola.

No voy a rendirme.

English Translation

My Letter

Hello. This is me, but the me from years ago. Today I am writing so I never forget what I feel now. My great dream is to become a psychologist. When people feel sad, I want to help them feel better. I imagine working in a beautiful, peaceful place with flowers and drawings. I see myself listening to people, smiling, and telling them everything will be all right. I imagine talking and playing with children while they tell me what they feel. I want them to trust me and know that someone will always listen without judging them.

To become a trustworthy psychologist, I will have to study hard. I will learn how the mind works, how we think, and why we feel sad, angry, or happy. I will also learn how to help people with harmful thoughts and find solutions to their problems.

I will not give up. I want to remember that being a psychologist means more than knowledge; it also requires a big heart, ears that listen, kindness, and respect. It is not about telling someone what to do, but helping them discover their own strength. Some people may not understand your dream or may think it is difficult because of society’s challenges.
