Veronica was just a child when tragedy struck. A terrible accident took the lives of her father and older sister, changing everything in an instant. Her mother, now a widow, was left to care for the remaining children alone, relying only on her strength and determination to keep the family going.

With little to survive on, Veronica stepped up to help. She worked alongside her mother, doing whatever it took to afford school. Education was never guaranteed, but she refused to let go of her dreams.

She dreams of becoming a police officer—to serve, protect, and ensure that no one else has to feel the helplessness she once felt. Right now, she commutes to secondary school, balancing long travel hours with her studies. A sponsorship would allow her to fully focus on her education at a community boarding school, giving her the stability and support she needs to succeed.
